i didn't say they were.
it's only expensive because of nVidias creedy ass , not because of nintendo necessarily .. i mean, 257 to make is damn expensive so they can't go any lower then they already have.
But if they would of used one of AMD's modern SoCs , they could of dropped it to 250 , maaaybe even 200.
i am wondering though if they used nVidia because they are the only ones with "mobile" experience, although their SoCs in the past have done horrible and had so m...
do they mean PS4? or Xbox 360? i'm so damn confused lol.
"showing" is different than Delivering though.
no ass , definite pass
most importantly make sure the input lag is low.
that's what i'm asking for .. a CE with the mask or statue or crash spinning through boxes , would buy that so damn fast lol.
"if you can't beat'em, join'em"
if the switch can at least do a 60fps mandatory with 1080p then i'll be ok with that for now..
what i and most people want is a powerful hardcore console like they used to do back in the good ol days.
i commend them for always trying to think outside the box, but it's not always the case, we can see the Wii U for an example.
yea i'm on the same boat.. he overreacted a bit much for my taste .. i have never seen anyone that excited about something they know nothing about lol.
man that would be the shit right there.. CTR was my jam back then.
and HD remake with PS4 pro support is a wish of mine.
i am a PC gamer with a high end 4k gaming rig , and i can give 2 shits about the nintendo switchero.. PC has everything.
and what PC gamers lack in, the PS4 and Xbox one s more than make up for it.. with ESL gaming at an all time high and getting into the mainstream , consoles are at the forefront of that.. goes to show that PC gamers actually want hardcore games/systems ..not some weak ass mobile bulky gaming system with outdated hardware out of the box.
no buzzword here , the hardcore i'm talking about is overall .. games, performance , peripherals , cosmetics etc etc.
nintendo has a hardcore fanbase for sure , but i'm talking about the other side of that.
oh yea, well the 3DS is a dedicated portable system that has a small form factor and not some gigantic screen with detachable controllers on the side..
also , while the 3DS has sold millions for sure , i hardly EVER see anyone playing with one on the go unless it's a train/subway or at a comic con (or any con for that matter).
like i said, i'm not knocking the switch just yet until i can get the full specs out of it..
but i can gurantee you the sel...
eh , i wanna know the specs before i get any type of excitment out of this.. while it looks kind of cool , it's looking like an upgraded Wii U basically..
how many people actually take portable gaming systems around these days outside of japan?..
i was reeeaally hoping for a more hardcore focused system , but like i said, will just have to wait for the specs and hope this thing gives us something to get hyped for other than another Wii U debacle..
<...
absolutely stunning .. the world, the characters and the sound are out of this world amazing..
this is why GG is my favorite (or one of) studios .. they constantly are pushing the technical boundries and are always up for the task no matter what.. all of their games are technical achievements and masterpieces in the console era.. this one looks to take the cake for everything..looking forward to playing it on my PS4 pro.
exactly.. piracy is the one that made steam and other platforms distributions , what they are now .. games used to be expensive , hardly any-to-no sales unless it was more than 6 months old.. but once piracy hit an all time high , then it forced the industry to drop their prices.
and now it's the same with consoles.. though consoles are not plagued with piracy like PC ever was/is , people stopped buying high priced games and the used game sales were super high durring the PS3/360...
there are no flaws .. game IS perfect. /the end.
tbh i doubt it since arkham knight was 30fps.. that might taint the experience imo..even though i think it should be 60fps easily.
They want to keep consistancy.
for a mobile OEM , nVidia was pretty much the only and safest option.. and yes, they technically did spend a great amount of money developing a weaker system .. and i don't know where you got that i said it was the consumers fault? because that's not what i said at all.
